Our Quarantine Process

At Koi Direct, we take quarantine very seriously, with NO cutting corners.

All our koi undergo a minimum of six weeks in quarantine before being offered for sale. We use a double heat-ramping method, carrying out two controlled heat-ramping cycles during the quarantine period.

We recommend quarantining new arrivals separately before introducing them to your existing pond.
